If none of the above methods work, your installation file may be a single-language Russian build. To fix this, you must reinstall the software using a multilingual installer.
This is the fastest method and should always be your first attempt. The process is the same for almost all versions of CorelDRAW, including X7. If you installed your suite from a multilingual disc or download, this method will work instantly.
To change the user interface of from Russian to English, you must first ensure the English language pack is installed on your system. If it is already installed, you can switch languages through the internal settings. Step 1: Check if English is Installed This public link is valid for 7 days
: Click the Uninstall/Change (Удалить/Изменить) button at the top of the list.
The CorelDRAW Setup Wizard will launch. Select the (Изменить) radio button and click Next .

: Go to Uninstall a program (Удаление программы).

Method 2: Adding the English Language Pack (If Not Installed) To fix this, you must reinstall the software
: Find CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X7 in the list, right-click it, and select Изменить (Change/Modify).
If the dropdown list in the previous method only shows one language (Russian), you must manually install the English language pack. This is done by modifying your existing CorelDRAW installation through the Windows Control Panel.
Close regedit and restart CorelDRAW.
