Click here for more details about Rgroups, an example, and a detailed procedure how to draw a Markush query.

To draw a Markush query:

  1. Draw the root structure. Use the other drawing tools.

  2. Add Rgroup atom to the root structure.

    1. Click the "Create Markush structure or query"v tool.
    2. Click the atom that you want to replace.
    3. Select an Rgroup from the palette.
  3. Draw the Rgroup members with the chemical drawing tools. Step 4 will always add an additional bond. Remove the CN bond of teh default NO2 query.

  4. Add Rgroup members.

    1. Click the "Create Markush structure or query" tool.
    2. Click the fragment that you want to add.
    3. Drag and drop the fragment onto the Rgroup definition (Rn=). Try toselect the whole group. Wait until you have a blue boy around the group.
  5. (Optional) Move attachment points.

    1. Click the Markush Query tool.
    2. Click the asterisk of the attachment point.
    3. Drag and drop the asterisk onto the atom that you want.
  6. (Optional) Change the occurence. If an Rgroup atom appears at more than one instance (or place) in the root structure, you see "R1 = n (where n is defined as the number of occurences), R2 >0, etc." appear automatically next to the Rgroup definition (Rn =). For each such Rgroup, you need to specify the frequency (occurrence), the number of times that a member of this Rgroup must appear in retrieved structures. To change the frequency:
    1. Select the Rgroup Query Tool.
    2. Click the occurence definition (R1 = n), located next to the Rgroup definition (Rn =).
    3. Select a number from the dialog box that is displayed.
    4. Click OK to accept your selection. The frequency definition is updated with your selection.

Generic  Structure Enumerator

The enumerator works against structures defined using the Rgroup tool in Accelrys Draw. In this mode you specify a scaffold with a number of Rgroup labels, then to add fragments to the Rgroup identifiers. The Add-in will calculate the complete set of structures that the Rgroups define.

You can also define a generic region using the Sgroup tool. Draw the basic structure and using the Sgroup tool, drag a pair of brackets around a region that is repeated in the substance. From the dropdown select ‘generic’ for the bracket type, then select apply and exit from the dialog. Right click on one of the brackets and select the Attach Data option. In the dialog enter REPEATRANGE into the Field description box, and then enter the range in the Data box; leave the Search Operator set to none; the Tag field is optional. A contiguous range is required in the Data box, for example 3-6.

A structure can contain both Rgroup definitions and Sgroup definitions, but they cannot overlap or be nested.

You have the option to enumerate on to Accelrys Draw’s canvas, into an SDfile, or into an Isentris for Excel compatible spreadsheet.

Capitulo Charlie Kirk Top - South Park

The intersection of modern political commentary and mainstream animation reached an unprecedented peak when the long-running satirical sitcom broadcast its second episode of Season 27, titled "Got a Nut" . Airing originally on August 6, 2025, the episode targeted the booming world of right-wing student activism and alternative media, specifically lampooning Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk through a ruthless performance by Eric Cartman.

The episode also sparked debate among conservative and liberal groups, with some defending Kirk's views and others criticizing the show for its satirical take on conservative ideology. The controversy surrounding the episode only added to its notoriety, making it one of the most talked-about episodes of the series.

The unexpected nature of the controversy forced a reevaluation of the episode's place in the show's history. While the team behind the show has remained largely silent on the matter, they did acknowledge in a public statement that a planned new episode was delayed due to production issues, thanking fans for their understanding.

Resumen de la trama: ¿De qué trata " Got a Nut "?

Upon its initial airing, "Charlie Kirk Top" generated significant buzz, with many viewers and critics praising the episode's audacious satire. Charlie Kirk himself was not pleased, responding to the episode on his show and accusing Parker and Stone of being "liberal hacks." The controversy surrounding the episode only served to amplify its message, with many arguing that South Park had once again proven itself to be a fearless and incisive commentator on modern society.

Given the harsh portrayal, one might expect the real Charlie Kirk to be furious. But his actual reaction was a surprise to many. When a teaser for the episode was released in July 2025, Kirk was asked about it on Fox News Digital. His response was remarkably good-natured. he said, noting that he had watched South Park in high school and considered it an "equal opportunity offender". The controversy surrounding the episode only added to

The episode kicks off with launching a highly lucrative political podcast. Clyde quickly realizes that spreading intentionally outrageous, hyper-partisan statements is a quick way to generate massive ad revenue. He sets up a table outside South Park Elementary with a sign inviting classmates to step up to a microphone and "prove him wrong," directly mirroring Kirk’s viral real-life campus tour setups. 2. Cartman Becomes the Ultimate "Master Debater"

(Season 27, Episode 2), which originally premiered on August 6, 2025.

In the days following the assassination, the satire quickly became a flashpoint. Prominent MAGA supporters and conservative commentators took to social media to blame South Park 's creators, , for fueling the hatred they claimed led to Kirk's death. Some accused the show of "mocking his Christian faith" and called the creators "monsters." One viral post on X claimed, "They mocked him on TV, then they killed him in real life."

Now, considering typical South Park plots, they often involve the main characters getting involved in a problem that escalates quickly. So perhaps the boys start a rival group to Turning Point, leading to some absurd consequences. Maybe they form "Bottom Park" as a humorous alternative, poking fun at both sides of the political spectrum. The unexpected nature of the controversy forced a

A Turning Point USA spokesman and Kirk's close friend, Andrew Kolvet, publicly stated that Kirk loved the episode. Kolvet wrote on X, He and others argued that removing the episode went against everything Kirk stood for, which was having thick skin and not taking jokes too seriously.
